Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. You must notify da777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
da777 may require you to complete identity verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a high-value deposit. Acceptable verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by da777 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending successful verification.
da777 accepts deposits via payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit. Payment infrastructure familiar to Pakistani users — including bank transfers and digital wallet services — may be referenced as contextual examples. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. PKR deposit amounts are subject to applicable currency conversion rates where relevant.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. da777 will not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. Any such deposit identified will be returned to the source and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
da777 accepts certain cryptocurrency payment methods, including BTC and USDT, where available. Cryptocurrency deposits are non-reversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal are the sole responsibility of the User.
Withdrawals may only be requested in respect of real-money Balance (not Bonus Funds, unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met). You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and five business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required under AML procedures.
Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. da777 reserves the right to require that withdrawal amounts be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible and where required by AML policy.

Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur, and da777 will use reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of planned downtime.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits da777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
da777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, AML triggers, regulatory requirements or platform security concerns. In the event of Account closure, any legitimate real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the Account holder following successful KYC completion and AML clearance.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets or bonus wagering requirements at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the Platform's prevailing operational rules.
Where an Account closure request is made on responsible gambling grounds, da777 will treat the closure as a self-exclusion. Self-excluded players will be blocked from accessing the Platform and will not receive promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which da777 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through da777's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable license jurisdiction.
da777 is not licensed or regulated under Pakistani law, and these Terms do not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts. Pakistani players access the Platform subject to their own legal responsibility and should seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about the applicable law.

Where material changes are made, da777 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.
